I'm About
Rakesh Kumar here.
Although there have been many ups and downs on my life's path, spirituality has remained a constant.
Early meditation practise has greatly benefited me and is still assisting me as well as my family now.
Regarding The Blog
On March 25, 2017, I first started blogging about Saptarishi. My father was an expert in ayurveda. My father taught me a lot about Ayurveda, and my wife makes some delicious meals. In addition to this, I write frequently about my God since I adore him so much. In addition to this, I've been teaching computers for 13 years. Additionally, I added these data to it. All of my knowledge is contained on this page.
Regarding The Content
Many of our readers, customers, and blog enthusiasts adore our content. We also appreciate the blessings, good energies, and well wishes that our readers have sent our way.
Positive thinking can change things. The hundreds of favourable remarks, testimonials, and mentions we have on our information, including:
• Health
• Food (Recipes)
• Horoscope
• News
• Education
• Bhakti Sagar
All of the ingredients are evaluated before being posted on the blog. I consider the public interest. such that finding wellness is simple and requires little effort.
The recipes provided on this page are from our families, friends, and relations. A few dishes are adapted from cookbooks, while others are from my cooking school. I've been cooking several recipes on my own for a long time.
Some notes are ones I've developed and created myself. Every time I take information from a book or website from my college, I always cite the source.
Our Food's Credo
No matter if we are creating a simple pizza, a loaf of bread, or a chocolate cake, we always prefer home-cooked cuisine. We favour using readily available, fresh foods when we prepare.
We refrain from using junk food or highly processed foods. As a result, everyone in our family is in good health. Our motto is "eat healthy, stay healthy."
You may discover lots of whole grain and cereal-based recipes on the blog. I have tried to utilise healthy ingredients whenever feasible in all of my baking recipes.
I would always buy organic before I started blogging, and I still do it today. Everything we buy at the grocery store, including grains, sugar, and flours, is organic.
We even buy organic fruits and veggies. In India, I can't find all fruits & vegetables that are organic. However, I do purchase what we can. As a result, you won't find as many recipes on the blog for fancy fruits or foreign veggies.
We purchase locally grown fruits and vegetables to ensure that our nation's farmers are supported.
We also make care to present some regional dishes that use uncommon, lesser-known products or vegetables. At least one dish using such an ingredient has been shared by us. For instance, we have discussed a variety of gourds.
We have shared recipes of ingredients which are available only in some Indian states like fresh jowar grains, lotus stem, amaranth leaves, colocasia leaves, Chinese potato (koorka), tapioca root, banana flower, khus grass, nannari, makhana, sandalwood powder, turmeric leaves, lilva beans and flours like water chestnut flour, buckwheat flour, amaranth flour, barnyard millet flour, arrowroot flour etc.
We believe that making dishes with these items should be simple for those who desire to use them. As the majority of these ingredients are nutritious, this is advantageous not only for the farmers but also for us.
Our Wellness Moto
The actual riches is health, which we should constantly protect. To keep fit, we should always pursue a healthy lifestyle, consume a balanced diet, and exercise as needed. People who consume junk food and have sedentary lifestyles develop health problems, excess weight, and obesity. Early on, they get health-related issues readily.
If your health is poor, always practise Ayurveda because it never does harm and can help you stay healthy for a very long time.
By encouraging their participation in the relevant event or campaign festival, we should motivate them to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Our rigorous lifestyle and healthy eating habits are clearly reflected in our state of good health.
Comments Procedure
You can offer recommendations or feedback or share your experience connected to the article. Most comments and questions we receive on the blog are answered by us.
Every day, we moderate comments. As a result, it may take a day or more before you see the response to your comment. You can even rate or review a recipe if you've tried it.
We have set up the comment system so that spammy, offensive, or unpleasant remarks are immediately removed. Promotional links and links to events won't be accepted either.
Promotions
Because we care about our readers, we don't advertise or review any products. Depending on the company's profit margins, the quality of the items is always changing. Therefore, we don't advertise any products on this website since we believe it is unethical on our part to advertise a product whose quality can alter over time.
Please refrain from sending us any emails that are promotional or marketing your product if you are a brand or an advertiser. We don't advertise, promote, or review products.
Sponsored posts and guest posts
I also don't create recipes on a freelance basis or participate in giveaways or sponsored postings.
Additionally, we don't accept guest posts for the blog. Even yet, we only receive a few requests each month. Yet again, we are unsure of how effective the recipe is. We don't want to post a recipe on our site unless we have personally tried it.
The reason for this is that thousands of individuals will try the content in a month after it is published on our blog. By releasing a recipe that hasn't been tried and true and isn't foolproof, we don't want to jeopardise the health of so many people.I We don't want to mislead as many people as possible. Therefore, before any content is published on the blog, we ensure that it has been read and tested.
