At Southwark Crown Court, Spacey, 63, is on trial for a dozen sex offenses.


The actor described the complaint as "funny, charming, and flirtatious". When questioned about his own flirtatious tendencies, Spacey said, "Yeah. I flirt a lot; I'm a big flirt.

As their acquaintance developed over time, he asserted that "it became somewhat sexual."

When questioned about whether it wasn't consensual, Spacey emphasised that nothing happened in a hostile, painful, or violent way. It was heartfelt and inspirational, and in my opinion, romantic.

A second guy said that Spacey turned him around and cruelly grasped his crotch like "a cobra" when at a charity event in London. Spacey denied ever sexually abusing the man.


"I never said any of the things that he claims I said to him, and I wouldn't and never have to anyone in my life," Spacey asserted. He said, with reference to the claimed assault, "It never happened."


In addition, Spacey refuted claims made by a third complainant who said the actor gave him oral sex while he was unconscious in Spacey's London flat in the late 2000s.


When police informed him of the accusations, he claimed he initially believed "this is somebody just shaking me.


In response to the man's claim that Spacey drugged him prior to the alleged attack, the actor said: "None of that was true."


We had a consensual, I think beautiful and delightful evening, and then, according to Spacey, "I don't know if he immediately regretted it, I can't speak for him."


His attorney Gibbs previously said the jury that the complainants had "sinisterized" or, in some cases, "made up" their versions of consensual encounters.
