A woman and a bus conductor in Bengaluru were seen on camera arguing verbally about an identity (ID) card issue. Both the man and the lady can be seen arguing in a video that has gone viral and was posted on Twitter, with the latter documenting the verbal altercation.

In the four-minute video, a man is seen asking a woman for identification, and she responds by identifying herself as a Central Excise officer. As the video continues, other bus passengers request the woman to comply and provide the documentation, but she refuses and begins yelling at them.

Many individuals criticized the woman's actions in their comments on the Twitter video.


"Central government worker battling for a meager bus fare...Many examples are available. showing their government ID in order to avoid paying a little parking or toll ticket. People utilize their official positions to obtain these perks when these programs should have been for the underprivileged who couldn't afford them, one user commented.

Another person said, "She would have spent more in data charges recording the incident than she saved not paying for the ticket.
